prior to any consultation you need to provide the following:
- An A4 size floor plan of your home or business drawn to scale. The plan of the home will need to cover at least 75% of an A4 sheet. If the building has more than one level or extensions, these need to be included on the floor plan.
- The date of construction of your home or business (please contact us if you have difficulties obtaining this information)
- Information on when renovations or extension were done
- A completed questionnaire (this is sent to you prior to our visit)
